At Mentoring IQ, we offer business owners, senior corporate leaders and/or sales leaders an effective way to improve their performance and the performance of their team by having an objective outside mentor collaborate with them on achieving personal and company success.
Mentors enable and often become a catalyst for personal and team development through a process where the mentee has a safe and objective environment to ask questions, get objective feedback, improve current skills, and gain new skills to be the best leader possible. Mentorship programs also provide for a supportive and favorable work environment as this promotes the culture of a great place to work and succeed. For many small to medium organizations, often the supervisor really doesn’t have time to effectively coach the skills of leadership and more often strong entrepreneurs are not good at it. Visionary leaders are not statistically good at people development and is why they often bring in outsiders to assist as their company scales up.
